Hailing from Austin, Texas, the members of 13th Floor Elevators were quite possibly the first artists to describe their music as psychedelic. Their lyrics and sleeve notes openly and religiously endorsed the use of drugs (particularly LSD) to alter human consciousness for the better.
This is the first ever release of the complete performance of the band's legendary show in Houston on 18th February 1967. 3LP set on 180g green, blue and red coloured vinyl. Released with printed inner sleeves, booklet, poster and Charly 40 years insert.

T.I.M.E (aka Trust in Men Everywhere) was a band from Los Angeles, CA. Their first album was characterized by a psychedelic pop rock sound, typical of the west coast area.
Some seriously blazing guitar is offered on this, their second and last album, courtesy of Larry Byrom (pre-Steppenwolf). Nearly every track has smoking leads with a nice blend of psychedelic hard rock and a touch of blues. Fans of guitar-driven late-60s rock shouldn't miss this one.

The debut album by Television – a record which represents all the underground genius that the group had been bringing to the New York scene for a few years in the mid 70s!
The interplaying guitars by Tom Verlaine and Richard Lloyd influenced a generation – and, when matched with the vocals of Verlaine, really knocks the whole thing out of the park! There's a blend of raw edge and understated poetry that instantly demonstrates why the American underground of the time was so different than the world of British punk – and although the set came out in 1977, it still has a massive power all these many years later. Every track's a gem!

| Titus Groan - Titus Groan

Titus Groan was a jazz rock combo from the early 70s UK scene. The tracks are long, and full of plenty of fantastic instrumentation from a quartet that includes Tony Priestland on saxes and flute, Stuart Cowell on guitars and organ, John Lee on bass, and Jim Toomey on drums and percussion -- all minor names in their scene at the time, but able to jam with the best of them -- and bring things up with complexity, focus, and forward drive to match the real giants of the prog era.

Though it ultimately must be considered an interim vehicle for singer/songwriter/keyboardist/guitarist Steve Winwood, Traffic was a successful group that followed its own individual course through the rock music scene of the late '60s and early '70s.

Though it ultimately must be considered an interim vehicle for singer/songwriter/keyboardist/guitarist Steve Winwood, Traffic was a successful group that followed its own individual course through the rock music scene of the late '60s and early '70s.
When Traffic announced their breakup in '69, Island assembled this LP from cuts they'd recorded but not issued. An unexpected gem resulted, icluding "Just for You", "Feeling Good", "Withering Tree", "Blind Man" and more!
Original UK pressing on the 1st "Pink Island" label; both sleeve and vinyl are graded VG+

| Train - Costumed Cuties

Train were a Danish group that relocated to United States where they teamed with producer Geoff Turner. By the time their 1970 debut "Costumed Cuties" hit the streets the band seems to have effectively been reduced to a duo consisting of Bob Lenox and Don Keider (the two names prominently featured in the liner notes).
Largely penned by Lenox musically the set wasn't bad. A progressive rock effort, quite jazz influenced, with some fluid psychedelic hints inserted in a commercial rock with mild prog flavor, and some pop moves.

| Tømrerclaus – Tømrerclaus

Danish project Tømrerclaus is the still ongoing creative vehicle of Claus Clement Pedersen, an ongoing venture for him for some 40 years at this point, with a handful of albums released under this moniker. This self-titled production dates back to 1978.
One might say that this album is more or less evenly divided between more hippie laced material and more blues oriented escapades, but what both aspects of the material have in common is the use of psychedelic oriented instrument details, and then mainly by way of psychedelic dripping guitar solo runs.
